Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or the admin area;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, or place automated or bulk orders designed to abuse promotions;
• copy, scrape or resell our content, images or product descriptions without permission;
• submit false details or another person's payment information.

Our products are storage and organisation systems. You agree to:

• use each product only for its intended storage purpose, within stated weight limits;
• not use products as steps, ladders or climbing frames, and to keep children and pets from climbing on them;
• carry out any wall fixing yourself following the enclosed instructions, having assessed the wall and load;
• keep bamboo and wood parts dry and use food-safe items only for direct food contact.

Using a product outside these instructions can be unsafe and voids our liability for resulting damage or injury.

We may suspend or refuse service, cancel orders or remove content that breaches this policy. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
