- Is membership a substitute for buying systems?
- No. Membership is a pure subscription layered over your purchases. It gives you member pricing, shipping perks and online organisation consults — you still buy each system as a one-time purchase.
- Do consults or perks carry over if I don't use them?
- No. Allowances such as the monthly organisation consult are granted per month and reset each cycle. They do not roll over and there is no stored balance or points to redeem.
- Can I cancel?
