How and when your systems reach you. Everything ships flat-packed to keep delivery efficient and prices in US dollars.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to the destinations available at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact support@haigkitc.shopand we'll advise.
Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes roughly 4–9 business days depending on destination and carrier. Larder Studio members receive priority dispatch.
Estimated times are guidance, not guarantees; carrier delays and customs can affect delivery.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size, and is shown in US dollars before you pay. Larder Club and Larder Studio members receive free standard shipping.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when your parcel ships. If tracking hasn't updated within a few days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price or shipping and are the recipient's responsibility. Check your local thresholds before ordering.
Damaged, delayed or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact support@haigkitc.shopwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Refund & Returns policy. Keep any packaging until the issue is resolved.
