- How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery is typically 4–9 business days depending on destination. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. Full detail is on the Shipping & delivery page.
- Do I need tools to set up a system?
- Most systems are freestanding and need no assembly. A few (marked 'Light wall-fix') involve simple wall fixing — assess your wall and load and follow the enclosed instructions.
- Are the containers food-safe?
- Only items labelled food-safe are intended for direct food contact. Bamboo and wood parts should be kept dry and re-oiled occasionally, not left soaking.
- What currency are prices in?
- All prices across the site, cart and checkout are in US dollars (USD).
- Can I return an opened system?
- Yes, within the return window and subject to condition rules set out in the Refund & Returns policy. Damaged or incorrectly-shipped items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
