Content License

All text, product descriptions, imagery, the Haig Larder name and branding, and the site design are owned by HAIG KITCHENS LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

If you submit a review, comment or photo (for example, a picture of your organised kitchen), you keep ownership of it. You grant Haig Larder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content in connection with promoting our products and the store.

You confirm that content you submit is yours to share, does not infringe anyone's rights, and is not unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may decline or remove submitted content at our discretion.

Photos you upload as part of a consult or review are, by default, cached for up to 30 days for processing and moderation and then cleared, unless we publish the content with your agreement or you ask us to remove it sooner.

You can ask us to remove content you submitted at any time by emailing support@haigkitc.shop. We'll remove it from active use, subject to any copies already lawfully shared by others.
