Terms of Service

HAIG KITCHENS LTD (trading as Haig Larder), 8 Shairps Business Park, New Houston, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 5BZ, United Kingdom, sells modular kitchen storage & organisation systems — physical storage and organisation products for the kitchen.

We are a retailer of storage products only. We are not a fitted-kitchen manufacturer for your home, a renovation or installation contractor, or an electrical or plumbing service. Nothing we sell includes on-site fitting, built-in cabinetry, or appliance/water/electrical work.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and decline or cancel an order where necessary; if we cancel a paid order you'll receive a full refund. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying you accept Stripe's terms as they apply to the transaction. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as HAIG LARDER.

Larder Club and Larder Studio are optional paid subscriptions layered over your purchases. They provide member pricing, shipping perks and online organisation consults. Memberships:

• renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled;
• carry no points, no stored credit and no cash value;
• include allowances (such as monthly consults) that reset each cycle and do not roll over;
• can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Sizes and capacities are nominal. You are responsible for measuring your space (shelves, drawers, gaps and clearances) against each system's fit notes before ordering.

• Most systems are freestanding and need no tools. Some involve light wall fixing; you carry out any fixing yourself, following the enclosed instructions and assessing your wall type and the load. We are not liable for damage caused by improper fixing or overloading.
• Do not exceed stated weight limits and do not use products for anything outside their intended use. Children and pets must not climb or hang on storage units.
• Food contact: only items labelled food-safe are intended to hold food directly. Bamboo and wood parts must be kept dry and re-oiled periodically and must not be left soaking.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse our systems. See the Acceptable Use policy. Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order and these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for misuse, improper installation or failure to follow instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Your statutory consumer rights in your own country are not affected.
