Refund & Returns Policy

We want your kitchen to feel right. If a system isn't for you, here's exactly how returns, refunds and replacements work. All refunds are issued in US dollars to your original payment method.
1. Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@haigkitc.shopwith your order number and the items concerned, and we'll send return instructions.
2. Condition — unopened vs opened
- Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within the window for a full refund of the item price.
- Opened items can be returned if they are clean, undamaged and complete with all parts and packaging. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value from use beyond simply checking the item.
- For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of items that have held food or been used with food unless they are faulty.
3. Return shipping costs
- If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping and the replacement or refund.
4. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact support@haigkitc.shop within 14 dayswith photos where possible. We'll arrange, at our cost, one of: a free replacement or replacement part, or a full refund including original shipping. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
5. Missing parts
Many systems include small parts. If something is missing from the pack, contact us and we'll ship the missing part free of charge — no need to return the whole system.
6. Refund timing
Once we receive and check your return (or approve a damage claim), we issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a fault.
7. Non-returnable items
Custom or wholesale bulk orders may be non-returnable where stated at the time of order, and items that have held food are non-returnable unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Membership cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a Larder Club or Larder Studio membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period. Because allowances (such as monthly consults) reset each cycle and do not roll over, unused allowances for the current period are not refundable. We do not pro-rate part-months except where required by law.
